The Lynx is a compact unit combining full PLT function with light weight for easy portability, tolerating up to 6 - 8  hours of continuous treatment.  Shown in the above photograph atop the optional stand Bootes, the Lynx is small, measuring 58cm x 47cm x 34cm tall, and weighing only 31kgs.   The machine has a substantial refrigeration unit that keeps the treatment head(s) cool for many hours of operation, and an extra capacitor which keeps internal heat to a minimum. EC certification in Europe as a class II B medical device with council directive 93/42/EEC and TGA approval in Australia ( ARTG 151468.)
